Promoting nature-based physical activity, mindfulness, and healthy nutrition to improve youth mental and physical well-being across Europe.
The HEALTH project is a collaborative European initiative under the Erasmus+ KA210 program designed to combat digital addiction, social isolation, and stress among youth by reconnecting them with outdoor physical activities and sustainability education.
Through nature-based peer learning, structured transnational training events, and collaborative e-learning manuals, our goal is to build long-term, eco-friendly habits and mental resilience for peer leaders across Norway, Croatia, Türkiye, and Spain.

Our initiatives are designed around five fundamental objectives targeting physical health, mental wellbeing, and sustainable environmental practices.
Develop nature-based physical activities and promote healthy, sustainable nutrition habits among youth, aiming for 70% regular active participation.
Improve youth mental health and combat social isolation through nature connection, with a target of reducing stress levels by 65%.
Increase ecological awareness and drive sustainable daily practices among youth, tracking a 70% increase in eco-friendly behaviors.
Empower youth peer leaders to confidently guide, mentor, and train their peers on ecology, physical health, and sustainability topics.
Cultivate mindfulness and healthy living consciousness, establishing deep connections to outdoor habitats and mental resilience routines.
The project implements two main activity streams to drive environmental awareness and wellbeing among youth:
Local nature-based wellbeing activities in each country focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and mental health over 12 months.
Three international training events in Türkiye (nutrition/mental health), Spain (adapted outdoor sports), and Norway (nature connection/mindfulness).
Expected results include 70% of participants developing regular physical activity habits, a 65% reduction in stress levels, and a 70% increase in eco-friendly behaviors.
