Erasmus+ Youth Project

Healthy Environment Activities for Learning Together in Harmony

Promoting nature-based physical activity, mindfulness, and healthy nutrition to improve youth mental and physical well-being across Europe.

Connecting Youth & Nature

The HEALTH project is a collaborative European initiative under the Erasmus+ KA210 program designed to combat digital addiction, social isolation, and stress among youth by reconnecting them with outdoor physical activities and sustainability education.

Through nature-based peer learning, structured transnational training events, and collaborative e-learning manuals, our goal is to build long-term, eco-friendly habits and mental resilience for peer leaders across Norway, Croatia, Türkiye, and Spain.
