This e-training program is specifically designed to prepare young peer leaders to safely conduct and manage nature-based activities. It was developed in the initial months of the project to ensure leaders were equipped before local activities began. The program enhances the capacity of youth to lead their peers effectively while prioritizing safety and risk management in outdoor environments. It consists of three modules covering leadership and group management, nature and health safety, and program design.
